In order to improve hotel security overnight, the main entrance will be locked between the hours of 1:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. starting Wednesday, December 18, 2019. If entering the hotel after 1:30 a.m., please follow the procedure below.
For Checked-In Guests
Your room key will unlock the door. Hold your room key over the card reader at the main entrance to unlock the door.
For Guests Yet to Check-in
If arriving (checking in) after 1:30 a.m., use the main entrance intercom to contact us. A staff will confirm your arrival and unlock the door.
* Please contact the hotel in advance if arriving after 10:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.
Your reservation may be canceled if you do not arrive or contact the hotel by 12:00 a.m.
